Corporate Social Responsibility

The KMA Group of Companies formed KMA Foundation which would make a helping hands including funds and manpower to the people who are suffering from natural disasters and health problem. We started to help people who are suffering from cyclone Nargis, chartering rescue boats, rebuilding infrastructure, providing basic sustenance, and establishing detailed contingency strategies to guarantee support to affected communities well into the future.

The foundation also put emphasis on providing healthcare to those of limited means suffering from ana number of debilitating conditions. We have also supported families of conjoined twins to help guarantee safe and life-saving surgery for their children. Our charitable aims, we are attempting to provide a safety net for the nation, a role crucial to the development of Myanmar as a strong, modern nation.

Programs and initiatives

Aside from rebuilding villages, KMA Foundation worked to initiate programs of psychological rehabilitation and to construct schools and monasteries. This is a continuous, sustainable effort to which we have committed for several years, until the region is firmly back to normal situation.

Whenever our country faces natural disasters or urgent calls for support, we step forward with purpose. Through strong partnerships with our associate companies, we organize programs and initiatives that bring meaningful assistance to communities in need. From mobilizing donations to providing hands-on support, our collective efforts ensure that help reaches those who need it most. These initiatives reflect our deep commitment to social responsibility and our belief in building resilience together.
