Job Specification:

  • 5-10+ years of retail/mall operations leadership experience

  • Proven success in managing multi-store or mall environments

  • MBA or equivalent preferred

  • Strong understanding of real estate, leasing, retail trends

  • Inspirational leader with outstanding communication skills

  • Data-savvy and system-driven
